requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\n\nProvide remote hands and smart hands support to customers and remote engineering teams.\n\nConduct hardware diagnostics, equipment health checks, and preventive maintenance.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and technical teams for hardware replacement, escalation, and incident resolution.\n\nMaintain accurate incident tickets, repair records, inventory updates, and shift handover reports.\n\nEnsure compliance with data center safety, security, and operational procedures.\n\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 2-4 years of experience in data center operations, IT hardware support, or break/fix maintenance.\n\nHands-on experience troubleshooting and replacing enterprise server, storage, and network hardware.\n\nFamiliarity with Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, or other enterprise IT equipment.\n\nBasic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, fiber optics, and structured cabling.\n\nExperience with hardware diagnostics, ticketing systems, and SLA-driven incident management.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot independently and follow technical procedures.\n\nGood communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.\n\nWilling to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.\n\nCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or relevant hardware certifications are an
