You will work on-site to ensure infrastructure issues are identified and resolved promptly.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform hardware break/fix support for servers, storage, and network equipment.\n\nTroubleshoot and replace faulty hardware components such as HDDs, SSDs, RAM, PSUs, and network cards.\n\nCarry out rack-and-stack, equipment installation, and decommissioning activities.\n\nPerform structured cabling, patching, and cable management.\n\nConduct routine hardware checks and respond to alerts or incidents.\n\nWork with remote engineering teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\n\nHandle support tickets and provide timely updates on incident resolution.\n\nMaintain accurate asset records, maintenance logs, and shift handover reports.\n\nFollow site SOPs, safety procedures, and customer requirements.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\nAt least 1-2 years of experience in data center operations, hardware support, or IT infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience with server hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.\n\nBasic knowledge of networking, structured cabling, and fiber optics.\n\nFamiliarity with Dell, HPE, Lenovo, or similar enterprise server hardware is preferred.\n\nAble to communicate in English;
