Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia (SEA), including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers across the region on recruitment requirements.
Manage onboarding, confirmation, employee changes, and offboarding for Indonesia.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, benefits, and employee changes.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR matters.
Support performance reviews, salary adjustments, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR processes comply with Indonesian labor requirements.
Support regional HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience, with strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
Experience in SEA or regional recruitment is preferred.
Good knowledge of Indonesian employment practices and labor requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in technology, engineering, data center, or project-based industries is an advantage.
