As the primary HR resource for all EU employees, including the Netherlands, you will partner with the global People team to deliver an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and applicable EU employment regulations.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to help build and scale HR processes as the EU team grows in a fast-paced, global technology company.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in the EU\n\nEnsure compliance with Dutch labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices\n\nAdvise managers and employees on employment matters, employee relations, performance management, and statutory leave\n\nAdminister employee benefits, partnering with payroll providers and external vendors to ensure accurate and compliant administration\n\nManage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes\n\nMaintain HR records and documentation in compliance with GDPR and local regulations\n\nSupport recruiting, hiring, and workforce planning as the team grows\n\nAssist with performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives\n\nDevelop and improve HR policies, processes, and documentation to support a scaling organization\n\nPartner with global HR, Finance, and business leaders on cross-functional people initiatives\n\nLeverage technology and AI tools to improve HR processes and operational efficiency\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n2 -
