operations, including receiving shipments, coordinating outgoing shipments, managing inventory, communicating with vendors and carriers, and maintaining accurate documentation.\nThe ideal candidate is the company’s needs and your performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee and manage incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and condition of items\n\nCoordinate packaging, labeling, and shipping of outgoing goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery\n\nTrack inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and update inventory records in the system\n\nCommunicate with vendors and shipping carriers to confirm shipments, schedule pickups, and resolve discrepancies\n\nMaintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions\n\nQuickly address shipment issues, delays, or damaged goods to minimize supply chain disruptions\n\nEnsure shipping and receiving processes follow applicable safety and compliance guidelines\n\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse management highly preferred\n\nPrevious experience with NetSuite is a plus\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\n\nAbility to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.\n\nProficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office\n\nExcellent communication skills when working with vendors, suppliers, and team members\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot logistical issues\n\nHourly Wage: $25\nLocation: Hayward, CA
