The MEP Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and supervising Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring that site activities are completed safely, according to approved drawings and technical specifications, and in line with the project schedule and quality requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and supervise daily MEP installation and construction activities at the project site.\n\nReview MEP drawings, specifications, method statements and other technical documentation.\n\nCoordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and vendors on MEP-related matters.\n\nMonitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.\n\nIdentify MEP clashes, installation issues and technical discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution.\n\nConduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials and installation quality.\n\nSupport and coordinate data center MEP systems, including:\nElectrical power distribution, LV/MV systems, UPS and generators\n\nCooling and HVAC systems\n\nPlumbing and drainage systems\n\nFire protection and fire alarm systems\n\nBuilding management and monitoring systems, where applicable\n\nMonitor contractors' progress against the project schedule and highlight potential delays or risks.\n\nEnsure MEP works comply with applicable Indonesian regulations, project specifications, EHS requirements and client standards.\n\nParticipate in site meetings, technical coordination meetings and project progress reviews.\n\nSupport MEP testing and commissioning activities.\n\nAssist with inspections, punch-list / snagging activities and closure of outstanding items.\n\nReview as-built drawings, testing records, commissioning documentation and handover documents.\n\nPrepare regular site progress updates and escalate critical technical or project issues to the Project Manager.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant MEP engineering experience.\n\nExperience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial facilities or large-scale construction projects is preferred.\n\nData center project experience will be a strong advantage.\n\nGood understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, installation practices, testing and commissioning.\n\nAble to read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, technical specifications and construction documents.\n\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software is an advantage.\n\nStrong site coordination and problem-solving skills.\n\nAble to work effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors and internal project teams.\n\nGood communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia;
