You will understand customer requirements, design suitable IT infrastructure solutions, and develop technical proposals that address both business and technical needs.\nThe role is focused on solution design and pre-sales, rather than day-to-day onsite installation or operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork closely with the sales team to understand customer business and technical requirements.\n\nConduct technical discovery sessions and translate requirements into suitable IT infrastructure solutions.\n\nDesign solutions across enterprise networking, compute/server, storage, and data center IT infrastructure.\n\nDevelop solution architectures, technical diagrams, specifications, and solution documentation.\n\nPrepare BOM/BOQ, technical proposals, compliance responses, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender submissions.\n\nPerform solution sizing, product selection, technical evaluation, and configuration.\n\nRecommend appropriate technologies based on performance, scalability, compatibility, budget, and customer requirements.\n\nConduct customer presentations, technical discussions, solution workshops, and product demonstrations.\n\nWork closely with vendors and distributors to develop technically sound and commercially competitive solutions.\n\nSupport proof-of-concept activities where required.\n\nProvide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification and solution development through proposal and handover.\n\nCoordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and deliverable.\n\nKeep up to date with enterprise IT, data center, AI infrastructure, and emerging technology trends.\n\nAbout You\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, solution engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales.\n\nPrevious experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role is preferred.\n\nStrong technical knowledge in at least one or more of the following areas:\nEnterprise networking -
