The company has gained trust from some of the world's leading international companies.\nAbout the Role\nByteBridge is seeking a Product Manager on behalf of one of its partners to lead the development of a next-generation infrastructure platform from concept through commercialization. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, coordinating engineering and manufacturing partners, and ensuring successful delivery of a highly integrated hardware solution.\nThis is an opportunity to build a product from the ground up within a fast-growing technology company. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while balancing customer requirements, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and quality.\nThe Product Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, field services, and executive leadership to transform product concepts into commercially successful solutions.\nWork Location: Hayward, CA or Houston, TX\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle\n\nGather customer and market requirements and translate them into product priorities and specifications\n\nLead cross-functional product development across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and field services\n\nCoordinate mechanical, electrical, structural, and software design activities, including design reviews and technical milestones\n\nLead New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype through production, including validation, pilot builds, ECOs, and launch readiness\n\nDrive design-for-manufacturing (DFM), serviceability, manufacturability, and cost-reduction initiatives\n\nManage supplier and manufacturing partner relationships, including vendor qualification and sourcing support\n\nTrack project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies and provide regular updates to executive leadership\n\nSupport customer demonstrations, incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements, and assist with pricing and product positioning\n\nDevelop product documentation, training materials, and technical content to support sales and marketing\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or related field.\n\n7+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience.\n\nExperience developing complex hardware products.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional engineering teams.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes.\n\nExperience with product lifecycle management (PLM).\n\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to balance technical and business priorities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in critical infrastructure, power systems, industrial equipment, HVAC, energy storage, industrial automation, building technologies, data centers, prefabricated construction, or OEM manufacturing\n\nExperience with product roadmaps, Voice of Customer (VOC), PRDs, and Stage-Gate development\n\nKnowledge of design reviews, risk management, DFMEA/PFMEA, DFM/DFA, cost modeling, and BOM management\n\nExperience with vendor management, PLM systems, and technical documentation\n\nProficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet\n\nExperience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle\n\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies\n\nExperience preparing and presenting executive-level product or project updates\n\nCompensation\n$120,000 -
