The ideal candidate should have an Electrical Engineering / MEP background with experience working on data center or other mission-critical projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the Project Manager in the end-to-end delivery of data center fit-out projects.\n\nCoordinate electrical and MEP installation works with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.\n\nReview technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, material submissions, and method statements.\n\nCoordinate electrical systems including LV distribution, UPS, PDU/RPP, busway, grounding/earthing, cable containment, and associated power infrastructure.\n\nCoordinate with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, controls/BMS and other MEP disciplines to resolve interface issues.\n\nConduct site inspections and monitor installation progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.\n\nCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities to meet project schedules.\n\nIdentify technical and site issues and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.\n\nSupport QA/QC inspections, ITPs, testing & commissioning, punch-list closure, and final handover.\n\nEnsure works comply with project EHS requirements, quality standards, and data center operating requirements.\n\nMaintain project documentation including progress reports, inspection records, test reports, redline/as-built drawings, and handover documentation.\n\nAttend project, technical, coordination, and site meetings as required.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, MEP Engineering, or related discipline.\n\n3+ years of experience in electrical/MEP project engineering, construction, or fit-out projects.\n\nStrong preference for candidates with data center or mission-critical facility experience.\n\nGood understanding of electrical distribution and MEP systems within a data center environment.\n\nAble to read and coordinate MEP drawings, electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), layouts, shop drawings, and technical specifications.\n\nExperience with technical/material submissions, RFIs, method statements, ITPs, inspections, and testing & commissioning.\n\nExperience coordinating consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.\n\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit/BIM is an advantage.\n\nStrong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nComfortable working in an active construction and data center environment.\n\nPreferred Experience\nCandidates with experience in data center fit-out, MEP contractors, electrical contractors, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale commercial/industrial projects are preferred.\nHands-on experience with electrical systems, MEP coordination, QA/QC, testing & commissioning, and data center project delivery will be highly
