presentations, and tender-related technical materials\n\nSupport the handover from pre-sales to project delivery and provide technical assistance when required during implementation\n\nKeep up to date with developments in networking, data center infrastructure, remote management, and IT infrastructure technologies\n\nSupport the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and converting technical opportunities into business opportunities\n\nAbout you\n3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-sales, Solution Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related technical role\n\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, and network security\n\nExperience with data center networking, remote infrastructure management, network device management, or out-of-band management is highly preferred\n\nExperience with mainstream networking and security technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, or Palo Alto is a plus\n\nStrong solution design and technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions\n\nExperience in customer-facing technical presentations, product demonstrations, PoCs, or pre-sales support\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nCustomer-oriented and commercially aware, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions\n\nGood command of English and comfortable communicating with international customers and technology partners\n\nWillingness to travel for customer meetings and on-site technical support when
