The role will focus on developing new customers and driving sales across IT infrastructure, networking, data center and AV solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop new business opportunities within the assigned region.\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.\n\nDrive sales for IT infrastructure, networking, data center and AV solutions.\n\nManage the full sales cycle from lead generation and customer engagement through proposal, negotiation and closure.\n\nUnderstand customer requirements and work closely with the Pre-Sales and technical teams on solution proposals.\n\nBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.\n\nDevelop relationships with OEMs, distributors and technology partners.\n\nGrow existing accounts and identify new opportunities within the territory.\n\nAchieve assigned sales revenue, margin and other sales targets.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 5-6 years of B2B sales experience in IT infrastructure or related solutions.\n\nExperience selling IT infrastructure, networking and/or AV solutions to enterprise customers.\n\nGood understanding of solution and project-based sales.\n\nExisting customer network within the Hyderabad or Bangalore market is preferred.\n\nProven experience in new business development and account management.\n\nAble to manage the sales process independently from opportunity identification to closure.\n\nGood communication, presentation and negotiation skills.\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
