This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, order management, vendor coordination, data management, and customer service to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.\nKey Responsibilities\nValidate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.\n\nCommunicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding quotations, pricing, and order status.\n\nManage vendor quotations, negotiate payment terms, and follow up on procurement and delivery timelines.\n\nUnderstand and follow internal guidelines and operational processes while processing orders.\n\nSupport multiple sales managers and handle multiple orders simultaneously.\n\nManage order status updates and proactively inform customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nServe as a point of contact for cross-functional coordination with teams such as Finance, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics.\n\nLiaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely product deliveries.\n\nMaintain and update sales records, customer information, and operational documentation.\n\nEnsure CRM/ERP systems are updated with accurate and timely information.\n\nPrioritize tasks effectively and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSupport reporting and operational tracking when required.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.\n\nMinimum 1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, order management, customer service, or related operational roles.\n\nExperience in the IT, technology, cloud, infrastructure, or systems integration industry is an advantage.\n\nGoal-oriented with strong customer service knowledge and communication skills.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.\n\nDetail-oriented with a proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.\n\nProfessional communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working with ERP or CRM systems.\n\nOdoo ERP experience is highly preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with vendor management and order processing workflows.\n\nExperience supporting regional or international sales teams.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating across multiple
