The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and responding to physical security events and operational escalations across data centre facilities.\nDaily responsibilities include real-time monitoring of CCTV systems, access control platforms, alarms, badge activities, and security infrastructure to ensure operational security, compliance, and facility integrity. The role also involves incident response coordination, documentation, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with Data Centre Operations, Facilities, and regional security teams.\nCandidates should be comfortable operating within a fast-paced 24/7 shift-based environment supporting critical infrastructure operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and maintain physical security systems including CCTV, access control systems, alarms, badge readers, and SOC monitoring platforms\n\nPerform real-time monitoring of security events, alarms, access violations, and operational alerts\n\nRespond to security incidents, operational escalations, and safety-related concerns in accordance with established procedures\n\nCoordinate closely with Security Operations Centre (SOC), Facilities teams, Data Centre Operations, vendors, and regional security stakeholders\n\nSupport incident investigations, escalation handling, and operational reporting activities\n\nConduct routine patrols and inspections across data halls, office spaces, storage rooms, and restricted areas\n\nEscort contractors and vendors within secured environments while ensuring compliance with operational and security protocols\n\nSupport installation, maintenance, and testing activities related to security systems and devices\n\nMaintain accurate incident reports, operational logs, shift handovers, and daily documentation\n\nSupport audit activities, media destruction exercises, compliance initiatives, and operational readiness programs\n\nEnsure strict adherence to site security policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards\n\nRequirements\nPrior experience within Security Operations Centre (SOC), physical security operations, data centre environments, critical infrastructure, or facilities security\n\nFamiliarity with CCTV systems, access control platforms, alarm monitoring systems, and physical security operations\n\nExperience working within a 24/7 shift-based operational environment\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow strict operational and security procedures\n\nGood communication, reporting, and documentation skills\n\nAbility to respond calmly and effectively during incidents and escalations\n\nComfortable working within mission-critical and highly secured environments\n\nProficiency in standard
