This role requires strong capability in interpreting drawings and translating them into accurate site implementation.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute and supervise site activities in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications\n\nReview and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings\n\nEnsure all works are carried out as per drawings, BOQ, and project requirements\n\nCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical matters\n\nIdentify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions\n\nConduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards\n\nPrepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, and documentation\n\nMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines\n\nAssist in material planning and verification based on drawings\n\nSupport preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field\n\nMinimum 3 years of relevant site experience\n\nStrong ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings\n\nGood understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing\n\nFamiliarity with BOQ, site measurements, and material take-offs\n\nStrong problem-solving and on-site decision-making skills\n\nGood communication and coordination abilities\n\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools for drawing review\n\nUnderstanding of shop drawings, layouts, and technical schematics\n\nKnowledge of site documentation and reporting processes\n\nFamiliarity with safety standards and site compliance requirements\n\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of Data Center White Space, structured cabling, or server rack installation would be a strong advantage.\n\nExperience in sectors such as construction, MEP, infrastructure, or energy\n\nKnowledge of local regulations and authority requirements\n\nBasic understanding of project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera)\n\nExperience handling site inspections and client/consultant
