This role is responsible for leading warehouse personnel, managing inventory, overseeing receiving and shipping operations, and ensuring the efficient movement and availability of materials.\nThe ideal candidate has strong experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, and team leadership, with the ability to develop operational processes, optimize inventory control, and improve overall warehouse efficiency. This individual will also collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support customer requirements and ensure materials are available and delivered on schedule.\nWork Location\nOnsite - Hayward, CA\nFull-Time\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution\n\nDevelop, implement, and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure efficiency and accountability\n\nSupervise, schedule, and manage warehouse personnel, ensuring effective workforce utilization and productivity\n\nCoordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate receiving, order fulfillment, packaging, labeling, and timely deliveries\n\nManage inventory levels, conduct regular physical counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records within the system\n\nEstablish and improve warehouse organization, storage methods, picking processes, and material handling procedures to maximize space utilization and efficiency\n\nOversee inventory tracking, stock rotation, and material availability to support customer orders, project requirements, and operational schedules\n\nCoordinate picking, kitting, staging, and preparation of materials for data center projects and customer deliveries\n\nPartner with Sales and Operations teams to develop logistics solutions that meet customer and project requirements\n\nMonitor warehouse performance, identify operational challenges, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity\n\nResolve purchase order and inventory discrepancies by coordinating with suppliers, planners, Finance, and internal stakeholders\n\nManage relationships with shipping carriers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliable transportation and delivery services\n\nEnsure warehouse equipment, storage areas, and material handling processes are properly maintained\n\nEnforce workplace safety standards and ensure employees have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)\n\nMonitor warehouse compliance with applicable safety regulations and operational requirements\n\nProvide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to develop warehouse team members\n\nPrepare operational reports and communicate warehouse performance, inventory status, and logistics challenges to management\n\nSupport customer presentations and proposals by providing logistics expertise and demonstrating the company's service capabilities\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience\n\n6+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain operations, or contract logistics\n\nProven experience leading and developing warehouse or logistics teams\n\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and distribution\n\nExperience managing inventory systems, conducting physical counts, and resolving stock discrepancies\n\nExperience developing and implementing warehouse procedures, operational workflows, and process improvements\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment\n\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work across Sales, Operations, Finance, suppliers, and other internal departments\n\nKnowledge of warehouse safety procedures, material handling practices, and PPE requirements\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting data center infrastructure, IT hardware, or technology distribution operations\n\nPrevious experience in contract logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), or large-scale warehouse environments\n\nExperience with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS); NetSuite experience preferred\n\nExperience managing shipping carriers, freight providers, and vendor relationships\n\nFamiliarity with warehouse performance metrics, inventory forecasting, and cost-control initiatives\n\nExperience developing warehouse layouts, storage strategies, and inventory optimization processes\n\nExperience with team performance management, employee training, and operational development\n\nKnowledge of lean warehouse operations and continuous improvement methodologies\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nByteBridge Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workforce.
