build a strong team, and cultivate local talent. \n- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, negotiating high-impact contracts and fostering collaborative innovation.\n- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to business partners on procurement initiatives, risk management, and market trends.\n- Manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost control and maximum value delivery, aligned with corporate financial goals.\n- Enforce global procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations across regions.\n- Drive process standardization, relevant transformation, and operational efficiency.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n- 5+ years of managerial experience in procurement, supply chain management, or business consulting.\n-
