\n2、结合大模型与AI能力，对现有Android DevOps流程进行智能化改造（如代码生成与评审、构建诊断、测试生成、问题定位等），推进从需求到上线各环节的提效方案落地; \n3、持续关注前沿AI、工程效率技术发展，跟进国内外最新大模型能力，探索并验证其在移动端基础设施与DevOps工具链中的应用，并沉淀为可复用的平台能力; \n4、与Android/AOSP研发、测试、基础架构等相关团队紧密协同，识别流程痛点，设计技术方案并推进落地与效果评估。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、2027届本科及以上学历在读; \n2、对前沿大模型与AI工程有强烈好奇心与动手能力，有将国外前沿AI模型接入实际系统或工具链的经验，了解主流LLM API，熟悉Anthropic API者优先; \n3、熟练使用至少一种命令行代码助手工具（如Claude Code、Codex、Gemini CLI等），对Rules、MCP、Agent Skills等概念有一定理解，有相关实践或自建Agent经验者优先; 计算机、软件工程，具备扎实的计算机基础知识，对前端/后端或全栈开发有实践经验，对工程效率与基础设施方向有浓厚兴趣;
