The team works hands-on with content trends, creator collaboration, and platform insights to shape content direction, improve discovery, and elevate the overall user experience.\nBy combining deep vertical understanding with execution-driven content operations, the team helps drive healthy content ecosystems and long-term platform growth.\nWhat you will do:\n- Based on data analysis, content understanding and user research, deep dive the supply and consumption issues of vertical contents, and work with cooperation departments to promote end-to-end process optimization, improve vertical content ecology and user experience.\n- Participate in analysis and strategy formulation from creators' side, discover the current status of each vertical content and creators' pain points, and support creators better create high-quality content on the platform.\n- Provide input for regional vertical content operation strategies, participate in the formulation of vertical strategies and quantify goals.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualification(s):\n- Bachelor's degree in business, strategy or relevant fields.\n- Proven hands-on experience in vertical content operations, including identifying content trends, planning vertical-specific content directions, and executing day-to-day content operations rather than solely focusing on high-level strategy or project management.\n- Demonstrated experience working directly with creators, including onboarding, communication, and basic creator management.
