basis - we encourage you to apply early.\nResponsibilities\n- Coordinate closely with Creator Management and Regional teams to identify recurring creator needs and translate them into clear, structured educational or informational resources;\n- Support the planning, organization, and rollout of Creator Resources across Creator Center, including in-app inbox notifications, banners, and internal communications platforms;\n- Assist in updating, maintaining, and optimizing creator-facing guides, announcements, and resource hubs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely distribution;\n- Provide basic design and KV editing support (e.g., resizing, localization, simple layout updates) for creator communications and campaigns, in line with existing brand and design guidelines;\n- Support creator channels by assisting with resource preparation, and rollout of communication initiatives as needed;\n- Monitor creator FAQs, platform updates, and community feedback to proactively flag gaps, recurring issues, or opportunities to improve creator resources;\n- Support cross-functional workflows by helping manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field;\n- Proficiency in English and Filipino, with strong written communication skills for creator-facing copy and internal documentation;\n- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;\n- Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, or other similar design softwares;\n- Basic knowledge of OBS or livestream/broadcasting setups is a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Experience supporting community management, creator programs, or resource distribution;\n- Interest in e-commerce, creator ecosystems, and platform communications;\n- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;\n- Previous internship or organizational experience related to content operations, communications, or
