organizational restructures.\n- Provide strategic guidance and counsel to business leaders on disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and employment practices in alignment with regional standards.\n- Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of ER cases, including investigation summaries, analysis, and supporting materials.\n- Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance the capability of HR Business Partners and leaders in making informed ER decisions.\n- Conduct and support thorough, independent investigations into complex HR issues, applying sound judgment and critical thinking to reach well-supported conclusions.\n- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and leaderships in respective APAC countries to promote and maintain positive employee relations.\n- Partner with legal and investigations teams to assess risk and provide balanced, well-calibrated recommendations for resolution.\n- Analyze ER trends and identify root causes to drive proactive solutions and effective corrective action plans.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications: \n- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, frameworks.\n- Proven expertise in interpreting and applying legal rulings related to disciplinary actions, warnings, and corrective measures.\n- Demonstrated success in collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders and serving as a trusted partner in employee relations matters.\n- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, multifaceted business environment while maintaining sound judgment.\nPreferred Qualifications: \n- Experience in handling a regional market would be preferred.\n- Strong judgment in handling sensitive, complex, or ambiguous situations.\n- Proven track record of effective collaboration with senior business leaders and key internal stakeholders.\n- Confident and credible presence with the resilience to navigate challenging
