As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities

1. Provide logical and hands on supports on SG HR projects, including talent and engagement initiatives, leadership and training programs etc.

2. Assist in data tracking, reporting, and documentation with high accuracy

3. Coordinate with stakeholders across different functions.

4. Build up a strong Singapore-based engineering culture through various programs design.

任职要求 / Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

- Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.

- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership

- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Solid project management skills

- Business-level fluency in English and Chinese. As daily communication with the China regional business team is required, Chinese proficiency serves as the foundation for smooth cross-regional collaboration.
