能力在业务场景中的工程化落地；推动跨团队协作，对高风险问题主动寻求专业评审。\n\n职位要求\n\n1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3年及以上后端开发经验，具备向全栈研发拓展的意愿与学习能力； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础、代码设计与编码能力，理解计算机原理、数据结构与算法；熟练掌握 Linux 环境下 Python、Go（Golang）、C/C++、Java 中至少一种编程语言，具备实际业务系统开发经验； 3、熟练掌握 MySQL、Redis、Memcache 等数据库或缓存技术，熟悉消息队列等常用 Web 组件，能够完成数据模型、服务接口设计及问题排查，理解数据一致性、性能与可靠性的基本要求； 4、能够理解从页面交互、接口调用到数据存储的完整链路，结合 AI 工具学习相邻技术栈，完成需求所需的前后端开发与联调；有 H5或小程序开发经验者优先； 5、具备 AI 辅助研发实践，能提供必要的业务与技术上下文，判断生成方案及代码的适用性，通过代码审查、测试和真实环境验证结果，对最终交付质量负责； 6、具备功能测试、调试及线上排障能力，理解发布、监控与回滚流程，能够识别权限、安全、隐私等风险，并及时寻求专业支持； 7、具备良好的产品意识、沟通协作能力和责任感，能够在目标与边界基本明确时自主推进需求；学习主动，愿意关注并实践 AI
