Being a part of a dynamic team, SOS should have a deep understanding of the security program by being well versed in physical security systems and understanding of established operational security practices. \nResponsibilities\nSOS must be able to leverage their understanding of security systems to manage alarms, providing Tier 1 level remote support and at times leverage their knowledge of operational security requirements to support Data Center Operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to:\n- Provide on-site security and operational support in data centers and warehouses.\n- Monitor live video feeds from surveillance cameras to detect and respond to security incidents.\n- Manage and control access to the premises using electronic access control systems.\n- Respond to security incidents and/or emergencies and provide necessary support with relevant stakeholders.\n- Maintain clear and effective communication with security personnel, management, and emergency responders.\n- Ensure security systems work properly, perform checks and maintenance, assist in deployment.\n- Follow security policies, ensure regulatory compliance, assist in procedure development.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n- 5 years of progressive security experience in data center, hyperscale, or colocation environments with regional or global scope.\n- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.\n- Proficiency in using security monitoring and reporting tools.\n- Experience with physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.\n- Working knowledge or experience operating in a Data Center environment and valid driver's license, with reliable transportation.\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Trained or willing to be CPR certified.\n- Knowledge of Data center Safety and Security practices.\n- College degree or equivalent experience.\n- COLO experience desired.\n- Ability to flex schedule as needed, including ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, as needed.\n- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the security operations teams.\n- Experience with Incedent Command Structure, specifically tier 1
