About
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources,workplace service, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
Responsibilities
1. Complete the request management and implementation systems based on business needs, such as HCM, legal , contract, OA and other systems;
2. Responsible for the functional implementation of the aPaaS system (low-code platform), low-code and interface development;
3. In-depth exploration and analysis of business needs, write technical solutions and system designs, implement the design solutions as specific platform functions, continuously track results, and continuously optimize User Experience;
4. Responsible for low-code business model building, forming a common method and application framework to reuse;
5. Contribute to internal trainings and knowledge transfer.
任职要求 / Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
1. More than 1 year of front-end development experience;
2. Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, protocols, security, networking, performance optimization, etc. Have in-depth application of at least one mainstream front-end framework (React, Vue, etc.) and understand its design principles;
3. Be able to independently complete demand analysis, business design and other work, lead or participate in demand review work, and answer questions raised in demand review;
4. Be able to convert business requirements into software system requirements, analyze the feasibility and rationality of business requirements, communicate with developers in a timely manner, and issue product demand analysis results based on accurate logical analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous work, good team communication and collaboration skills;
2. Preferably interested in or have relevant experience in zero-code and low-code directions; familiar with a language such as Node.js / Python /Go/ Java , good coding taste, able to produce high-quality design and code.
