About the Team
The DCS platform team's goal is to build all the necessary and advanced tooling to support full-lifecycle operation and management of domestic and overseas data centers, covering data center infrastructure operation and maintenance, server delivery, server operation, asset and resource management, platform tooling, as well as cloud services and server system services.
Our vision is to provide highly available, stable, high-performance, and cost-effective computing resources for all business lines of the company.

Responsibilities
- Build platforms, systems and services for internal and external teams to interact with the large scale production systems.
- Build tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Bring new ideas and technologies into our platform, innovate and iterate.
- Familiar with LLM, AI tools for AI coding. It would be preferred if the candidate has internship or project experience in applying AI Agents in the IT Operations domain.

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- Coursework, academic projects, or internship experience in two or more of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, networking systems, or building software systems
- Strong foundational programming and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Genuine interest in IT Operations concepts such as Discovery, Insights, and Configuration Management (DICM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Service Management (ITSM); prior coursework or exposure is a plus but not required
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Exposure to GPU computing, big data technologies (Hadoop/Kafka/Apache), or streaming/computing concepts through coursework, internships, or personal projects
- Software development experience with Golang or Python, through coursework, internships, or personal projects
- Familiarity with the web stack, including protocols and basic web server concepts
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues in an academic, internship, or personal project setting
