You can help us to achieve our mission.\nResponsibilities:\n- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client's pain points and create technical solutions that eventually deliver business results to clients\n- Externally, call upon technical expertise and business acumen to lead the enterprise client engagement (C-level to working level) lifecycle end-to-end, from pre-sales solutioning to delivering project implementation. Activities include demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops & POC delivery.\n- Internally, act as trusted advisor collaborating with multiple product teams and articulate clear feature requests to shape product roadmap in both short- and long-term. Provide Thought Leadership, Industry Knowledge.\n- Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell together with Account Executives.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum qualifications:\n- Engineering Bachelor degree and above\n- At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably in the customer facing role as solution architect, pre-sales solution engineering or post-sales technical account management\n- Experience of working with Sales / Account executives\n- Industry verticals like Social, Media & Entertainment, DNBs, FinTech, etc.\n- High fluency in oral and written English\n- Technical Qualification deep understanding of AI solutions on Public Cloud including but not limited to:\n- Hands-on experience in building applications & workflows using LLMs, Multi-modal, MCP, prompt optimization.\n- Hands-on experience in Agentic AI : RAG, prompt engineering, Vector Databases, Multi-agent setup\n- Hands-on experience with python, FastAPI etc. open-source and cloud-based agent frameworks (LangChain, Dify, LangGraph etc.)\nPreferred qualifications:\n- Basic to advanced developer skills can be a plus:\n- Front-end dev with web (React & JS frameworks) and native apps (iOS & Android)\n- Back-end micro service architecture knowledge and server-side API integration\n- Proficiency in Github, Python (FastAPI, PyTorch) and experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, Langgraph, GoogleADK, CrewAI\n- Basic knowledge of public cloud and AI Infra, such as GPU selections and model inference acceleration frameworks (vLLM, sglang, etc)\n- Comfortable with fast-paced and ambiguous \"startup\" environment\n- Can-Do attitude, Self-starter, Ability to work independently and highly motivated with contagious enthusiasm;\n- Team player and
