define appropriate ROI measurement standards within the experimental framework, based on business value\n- Own internal team budget management, continuously improve subsidy efficiency, and collaborate with business teams and data science teams to build the subsidy data system\n- Collaborate efficiently across departments with product, traffic acquisition, operations, analysts, and other teams to jointly drive project growth\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualification(s)\n- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, strategy/analytics, platform operations, or related fields;
