Your expertise will support operational stability, strategic process enhancements, and risk management, ensuring efficient and compliant supply chain activities in a fast-paced, global environment.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of end-to-end RMA and VR processes across IDCs, ensuring seamless workflow and operational efficiency.\n- Drive and manage warehouse day to day activities such as inbound, outbound, RMA, transfers, stock take within warehouse\n- Lead self-warranty, retrofit, refurbishment and reverse logistics process\n- Influence the hardware replacement cadence. Apply insights and knowledge of constraints in launching new hardware in Data Centers\n- Drive process standardisation and documentation to improve transparency, compliance, and repeatability of supply chain operations.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including logistics, procurement, quality and finance to optimise reverse logistics, spare parts management, and inventory reconciliation.\n- Develop and refine SOPs, guidelines, and control points, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.\n- Monitor and analyse key metrics related to return merchandise, inventory, performance, providing actionable insights.\n- Lead and participate in process improvement projects, system integration efforts, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.\n- Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and training to ensure standards and best practices are adhered to across regions.\n- Support risk management activities by identifying operational gaps and recommending mitigations.\n- Drive and manage GPU related operations (GPU Repair Center, RMA, Outbound Shipment and etc)\n- Must be \"hands-on\" and Logistics, especially in decommissioning and RMA related fields. \n- Possess certain knowledge of data center\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\n- Excellent
