Manage the sourcing strategy for key technical talent\n2. Source candidates through online channels (job boards, internal databases, forums, local social platforms, and professional networks across your assigned region).\n3. Develop a pool of qualified candidates, developing new channels of sourcing for our various locations.\n4. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency.\n5. Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).\n6. Conduct market and talent mapping to identify and assess strategic talent pools for current and future hiring needs.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n- Minimum 1 year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).\n- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.\n- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write professional market mapping reports.\n- Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Github, other social media, or technical forums.\n- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, often working across global time zones.\nImportant Note: Please be advised that this job posting is on behalf of a third-party agency.
