These are designed to support and promote good physical and psychological health, as well as positive working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content.\nAs a Wellbeing Operations Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Business Pillars and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve the impact of our overall programming and serve the mental health needs at a tailored site level. In this role you will ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with internal and external stakeholders located within APAC. \nRole and Responsibilities\n- Own and drive employee wellbeing program initiatives, participation rates, and site health reports for in-house Trust & Safety teams within APAC. \n- Provide subject matter expertise and be a trusted business partner by providing evidence-based wellbeing solutions and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, providing deep insights, opinions and consultations based on professional judgement, internal employee feedback, site visits and data analysis.\n- Build deep knowledge expertise at the site(s) level to recommend effective and tailored wellbeing programming interventions, customised to cultural and business needs.\n- Set and monitor wellbeing productivity targets with vendor clinicians and workload assignments, and ensure appropriate coverage for site(s) support. \n- Drive and deliver psychoeducational training to leaders and frontline teams on mental health and wellbeing topics, aligned with business goals and operational strategy.\n- Arrange and attend wellbeing-related training and engagements at site(s) with outsourced partners, including attendance at business reviews and stakeholder meetings. \n- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the wellbeing strategy, making adjustments as needed.\n- Ensure compliance to the country or region legal and regulatory standards related to employee psychological health and safety and statements of work in relation to wellbeing programming on assigned site(s). \nThe job description is not exhaustive; it is intended to give an overview of the role. Solid working knowledge of business operations metrics and structure.\n- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.\n- Experience providing consultancy on complex topics in a business environment.\n- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\n- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nPreferred Qualification(s):\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.\n- Willingness to travel up to 20% is required for this role.\n- Solid working knowledge of Trust & Safety operations workflows and environments.\n- Strong resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of
