while ensuring uninterrupted support to current beneficiaries.\n\nEstablish and maintain a comprehensive, organized and secure institutional knowledge management system.\n\nSystematically document, classify, archive and maintain organizational records, beneficiary information, financial reports, donor histories, projects, correspondence, decisions and institutional achievements.\n\nPreserve and leverage the Association's history, track record, lessons learned and relationships to strengthen credibility, fundraising, partnerships and continuity.\n\nDevelop maintain an up to date stakeholder and donor relationship database, including communication histories, commitments, follow ups and partnership opportunities.\n\nIntroduce effective digital tools and processes for document management, knowledge sharing, reporting and institutional learning.\n\nEnsure appropriate confidentiality, data protection, access controls and continuity of institutional knowledge.\n\nOversee the effective implementation and continuous improvement of children's welfare and Abinet student support programs.\n\nEstablish robust beneficiary management, monitoring, evaluation and impact-reporting systems.\n\nEnsure transparency, accountability and efficient utilization of resources.\n\nIdentify opportunities for responsible program expansion based on demonstrated financial sustainability.\n\nMaintain proactive and professional communication with members, donors, beneficiaries, community leaders, corporate partners and other stakeholders.\n\nDevelop compelling organizational profiles, impact reports, partnership proposals and fundraising presentations.\n\nStrengthen member engagement, donor stewardship and long-term institutional relationships.\n\nProvide
