Fortune is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Specialist to service Hy-Vee.\nYou will be responsible for selling, building relationships with store management, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts as well as reporting tasks in a reporting system, with varied merchandising opportunities \nThis is a position where you work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills. \nReliable transportation, clean driving records, valid driver’s license, and maintaining auto insurance are all required \nLocation Hybrid will observe a hybrid schedule half day on Friday- must be local to Sioux City, IA, Sioux Falls, SD and surrounding areas\nSalary: $45,000 - $52,000depending on years of experience and expertise \nThis position is full time 37.5hours per week\nNo Weekends. Fortune\nRepresent a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands, calling on Hy-Vee\nFunction as the primary liaison between store leadership and manufacturer partners to maximize shelf space, promotional execution, and distribution - directly contributing to sales growth \nPitch new products, secure incremental placement, adapt to quickly shifting business needs while consistently delivering sales objectives in a fast-paced retail environment. \nUtilize mobile technology to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently \nTravel to and between store locations within the designated territory. \nMust maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores \nMust adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines \nMust be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. throughout the workday \nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds \nAttend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required. \nOther responsibilities as assigned by your manager \nWhat You Should Bring to the Table\nLocal to the Minneapolis, MN area \nValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance are all required \nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is required \nMerchandising: 1 year (Required)\nA clean driving record \nPositive and professional attitude and appearance \nExcellent communication skills \nHighly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision \nMicrosoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Email, and Internet Explorer) \nCell phone, printer, and computer with internet accessibility \nMay be subject to a background check \nCome As You Are\nC.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
