Come build with us.\nOverview of the Role\nThe Grocery Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. \nLocation: Lexington, KY (within a 40-60 mile radius)\nThis position is part time, 26 hours a week \nCompensation: $18 hourly, based on experience, qualifications, and skills\nYou will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.\nEnsure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low.\nThis position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.\nThis position requires you to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day\nYou must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.\nThis is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.\nPerks\nPaid drive time at .70 a mile\nMonthly phone stipend\nSteady and consistent scheduled working hours with available route flexibility\nPTO and sick days\n1 paid volunteer day per year\n401k with company match\nWeekly pay\nWhat You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune\nGain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.\nRetail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering products, working product to shelves from new orders, etc.\nConduct audits in area grocery stores\nTravel to and between store locations within the designated territory.\nVerify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves\nMaintain a safe working environment while working in the stores\nMaintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.\nComply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team\nAttend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.\nWhat You Should Bring to the Table\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nReliable transportation\nValid Driver License\nProof of Automobile insurance\nReliable phone (within 5 years old) service and internet service for daily communication.\nAbility to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits at local grocery retailer.\nStrong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently\nPrevious retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required)\nCome As You Are\nC.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
