Additionally, your duties include placement of temporary and permanent POS (Point of Sale) materials (as needed and directed by management. (Non-inclusive description)\nEssential Functions\nServicing:\nManage, arrange, rotate, stock and merchandise product and product related POS (Point of Sale) materials within licensed retail outlets. \nAssist in the unloading and delivery of product. \nCreate, develop and maintain goodwill in every account. \nHonor all business and personal commitments with your customers. \nMerchandising and Quality Assurance:\nRotate, stock and merchandise product at every retail account. \nBuild, merchandise and maintain all displays with proper POS (Point of Sale). \nMerchandise and stock all coolers, backrooms, retail floor areas and cold or warm shelves to effectively sell company products. \nRotate products and adhere to company “Quality Assurance Policy” guidelines and “Move Product Policy” in all accounts. \nRelated Duties:\nCommunicate with sales personnel in order to accomplish account strategies, programs and com-mitments. \nMaintain adequate POS (Point of Sale) materials in your vehicle at all times. \nMaintain a neat and professional appearance, abiding to company policy. \nDrive your vehicle safely and with courtesy, obeying all laws, DOT requirements and company policies. \nReport vehicle damage and required maintenance to management. \nKeep vehicle neat and clean at all times. \nReport competitive activities to your supervisor. \nAttend meetings as required. \nObey company policies and company safety policies. \nPerform other related duties as instructed by management. \nCompetencies\nCustomer/Client Focus\nFlexibility\nThe ability to read, perform basic math skills and operate a calculator are required skills\nSupervisory Responsibility\nNone\nRequirements\nWork Environment\nThis position requires exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, automotive fumes and cramped quarters.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
