(JSA, LOTO etc.)\nMaintain a clean and safe working environment. (5S)\nAnalyze the logistical movement of goods through the automation system, monitor current processes, identify, and analyze process gaps, develop process improvements to optimize automated system.\nIdentify problems and develop recommendations which support warehouse management planning and operations.\nIdentify and troubleshoot system issues such as jams, faults, or mechanical failures to minimize downtime.\nCoordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to resolve employee performance issues.\nWork with a high level of urgency within the automation for extended periods of time.\nLearn CBG SKU’s to effectively resolve operational issues.\nRecommend system changes for SKU or optimizing system.\nFollow CMMS work request systems (Work Orders, PMs, and Installing QR codes on facility and warehouse assets).\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nSome overtime work is required periodically.\nAll Clark Beverage Group employees have the authority to stop work if an unsafe working situation/instance is present. Use of personal mobile devices is prohibited when performing work or within a safety sensitive area.\nRequirements\nEducation and Experience\nValid driver’s license required.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nFive years of related experience or a related technical degree or certification with related experience required.\nExperience in the automation beverage industry. (i.e. Vertique) preferred.\nAdditional Qualifications and Competencies\nTime management and task tracking skills.\nAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technology.\nAbility to demonstrate analytical, planning, organizing, problem solving, strategical thinking, and technical skills.\nAbility to retain and know CBG SKUs.\nInterpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.\nComputer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Vertiview, CMMS, WMS)\nWork Environment\nThis position will report to the Canton, MS Facility and will be exposed to warehouse and occasional outdoors conditions.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
