- Managing the HR Operations of the cluster by effectively organizing, coordinating, and monitoring service delivery by HRBPs and HR Officers.
- Compiling and analysing HR-related data and preparing reports as needed.
- Liaising with insurance brokers and companies to effectively manage the employee subscriptions, expertly advise employees, review, and validate monthly statement of accounts for payment, and provide corresponding reports as required.
- Coordinating all aspects of L&D across the Company, including the administration of trainees and of the online system, validation of invoices, compliance with mandatory training, and preparation and distribution of regular reports.
- All quality aspects directly driven by HR, including but not limited to the monthly monitoring of training, audit, and reporting.
- Managing all complaints, grievances and other incidents through the daily follow-up of these items on the online platform all the way to their investigation and closure.
- Ensuring that HR Policies and Procedures are endorsed across the HR team and promote adherence to HR-related regulations and best practices.
- Coordinating any audit campaign within the department.
- Ensuring the timely and consistent onboarding of new employees including the update and dissemination of Company policies and procedures to new recruits.
- Providing primary support to the Payroll Officer with regards to the Time & Attendance and Payroll systems, and preparation of payroll reports (Vipertex & Sicorax).
- Supporting HR team at all stages of talent acquisition, and work/ occupation permit management.
- Engaging with the Union and its representatives in a timely manner to foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative environment
- Driving all employee engagement initiatives, incl. all welfare initiatives.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee files and databases for every portfolio.
