and\nclosure.\nEnsuring\nthat HR Policies and Procedures are endorsed across the HR team and promote\nadherence to HR-related regulations and best practices.\nCoordinating\nany audit campaign within the department.\nEnsuring\nthe timely and consistent onboarding of new employees including the update and dissemination\nof Company policies and procedures to new recruits.\nProviding\nprimary support to the Payroll Officer with regards to the Time &\nAttendance and Payroll systems, and preparation of payroll reports (Vipertex\n& Sicorax).\nSupporting\nHR team at all stages of talent acquisition, and work/ occupation permit\nmanagement.\nEngaging\nwith the Union and its representatives in a timely manner to foster a positive,\ninclusive and collaborative environment\nDriving\nall employee engagement initiatives, incl. all welfare initiatives.\nEnsuring accurate\nand up-to-date employee files and databases for every
