This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nJob Description\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n Inventory Management:\nConduct regular and accurate physical inventory counts (daily cycle counts). \nReconcile inventory discrepancies and report findings to management. \nUpdate inventory records in the system accurately and promptly. \nMonitor and report inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels. \nData Entry and Reporting:\nMaintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments. \nGenerate and distribute inventory reports as required. \nQuality Control:\nInspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy and quality. \nEnsure proper labeling and storage of inventory items. \nIdentify and report any damaged or expired inventory. \nCompliance and Procedures:\nFollow all company policies and procedures related to inventory control. \nEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. \nParticipate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support. \nCollaboration:\nCommunicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory status and issues. \nProduct Movement:\nUtilize a forklift to move product to and from locations. \nTransfer finished product to designated location in facility/warehouse. \nFlexibility to work overtime and non-standard hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. \nPerform all other duties as assigned. \nMinimum Job Requirements:\nEducation/Certifications and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED. \nOne year of related experience preferred. \nPrevious experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferred. \nFamiliarity with inventory management software and systems. \nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team. \nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nN/A \nWorking Conditions and Physical Effort:\nWork involves daily and frequent exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, odors, darkness and/or poor lighting, noise, and vibration. Seasonal exposure to weather elements to include, but not limited to, extreme temperatures, wetness, and humidity. \nWork environment involves daily exposure to physical risks and hazards, such as working around mechanical equipment, mechanical hazards, forklifts, chemical hazards, electrical hazards, fire and explosives hazards, communicable diseases. \nPosition requires the ability to stand; walking around office, warehouse, and plant; lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds; utilizing fine dexterity; and reaching, kneeling, crawling, and twisting on a daily basis. \nExpectations:\nWill demonstrate, promote, and exemplify the Company’s Core Values.\nAt C.H.
