With the flexibility for remote work three days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.\nResponsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nRetain, grow, and strategically manage a portfolio of customer accounts\n\nBuild strong relationships with customer contacts at multiple levels to deepen engagement and uncover business needs\n\nLead regular business reviews using analytics, market insights, and performance trends to identify growth opportunities\n\nPresent strategic solutions that increase customer value, expand services, and support long-term account retention\n\nIdentify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by positioning C.H. Robinson’s full range of services\n\nPartner with pricing, service line, operations, and product teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and customer recommendations\n\nSupport new business implementation, including account setup, documentation, compliance requirements, and c-codes\n\nManage customer expectations through clear SOPs, KPIs, business processes, and account-specific performance metrics\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong execution, service consistency, and alignment with customer goals\n\nContribute to annual account planning, budgeting, and growth strategies that drive measurable business results\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED\n\nMinimum 2 years of Global Forwarding experience\n\nAbility to travel up to 25% (domestically/internationally)\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs; ability to make data-driven decisions\n\nAbility to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results\n\nStrong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency presenting to both internal and external audiences\n\nExperience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across varying organizational levels, both internally and externally\n\nAbility to develop a thorough understanding of C.H.
