With the flexibility for remote work four days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.\nResponsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support business intelligence solutions that provide meaningful operational insights and drive informed decision-making\nCreate impactful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to communicate business performance and opportunities\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that address key challenges\nDevelop, optimize, and maintain database queries, reporting datasets, analytics platforms, and technical documentation to ensure scalability and reliability\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure business impacts, and develop predictive and analytical solutions that support strategic initiatives\nSupport data integrity, performance optimization, and reporting best practices while enhancing existing analytics tools and processes\nProvide project support by documenting requirements, tracking progress, facilitating discussions, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders and leadership\nEngage with customers and internal partners to identify opportunities for analysis, prioritize business needs, and deliver insights that create measurable value\nServe as a subject matter expert on reporting and analytics capabilities, providing guidance on report development and data-driven decision making\nContribute to innovative data products and insights that help improve supply chain efficiency, customer experiences, and business outcomes globally\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMinimum 2 years of analytics experience developing business solutions using comprehensive, robust data assets\nIntermediate knowledge and practical application of a programming language\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\nLogistics and supply chain experience\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and strong working proficiency with the broader Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong understanding of data fundamentals and passion for data integrity, testing, and validation\nExperience working with product teams in an iterative environment\nPositive, collaborative working style\nEffective communicator and data/reporting/business liaison through multiple mediums\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nCH Robinson is an equal opportunity employer.
