In this key role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day carrier relationships and ensuring service performance meets customer expectations. Experience the full benefits of teamwork and immediate collaboration in a vibrant and engaging workplace\nResponsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nMonitor compliance EDI adherence, routing guide compliance)\nPublish and interpret scorecards and service metrics (tender acceptance, OTD, dwell, claims)\nManage carrier escalations; implement corrective actions\nMaintain master data (lanes, service attributes) with high accuracy\nWork to continuously improve carrier management processes\nSupport customer on large RFP exercises\nMay participate in procurement projects including, but not limited to, data extraction, analysis, formatting, and presentation of rates and data related to pricing requests\nProvide market and network insights to account team\nOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience\nAbility to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPreferred:\nExperience with carrier monitoring and compliance processes\nProfessional experience in Procurement, carrier sales, transportation, logistics, and/or Supply Chain\nExceptional facilitation skills including but not limited to relationship management, presentation, documentation and accountability\nShould possess strong root cause and analytical skills\nStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skills\nDemonstrated ability to communicate with various levels within customer organization (both written and verbal)\nAbility to identify, understand and execute based on market trends and pricing strategies\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs\nSkilled in interpreting KPIs and compliance metrics\nAdvanced Excel and data visualization\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nEqual Opportunity\nC.H.
