With the flexibility for remote work three days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nAccurately and efficiently post incoming payments by way of a diverse payment portfolio\nProvide accurate and timely communication both internally and externally\nAdhere to all Cash Application policies\nMaintain relationships with internal and external clients, and Cash Application team\nIndependently solve problems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the application of customer payments\nEscalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership\nProcess a high volume of transactions each day\nSupport new team members by answering questions and supporting problem solving activities as needed\nAccurately and efficiently create and batch payments into the Cash Application system where automatic batching doesn't exist\nPlay an active role by contributing ideas for developing process improvements with incoming payments\nSupport Mexico Cash Application process.\nHandle the processing of Complementos de Pago for Mexico tax compliance.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMinimum 2 years of experience in finance operations\nFluent in English and Spanish\nPreferred:\nGeneral understanding of banking transactions (ACH, wire transfers, checks, credit cards) with the ability to adapt to diverse payment methods and customer needs\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs with intermediate proficiency in Outlook and Excel\nStrong problem-solving skills\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with internal and external customers\nPositive, professional attitude, and customer service skills\nStrong organization skills and attention to detail\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external customers\nEnjoys working in a team environment\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities \nAbility to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nCH Robinson is an equal opportunity employer.
