As a trusted analytics partner, you will leverage both technical expertise and business acumen to develop innovative solutions that support operational excellence and strategic growth.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:\nData Analysis & Insight Generation:\nDemonstrates autonomy in addressing complex challenges, leveraging a blend of technical skill and business acumen to identify effective solutions.\nExtract, clean, and interpret data to address complex, ambiguous business questions.\nConduct proactive analyses that identify key trends, behaviors, and opportunities for operational or strategic improvement.\nTranslate findings into clear, actionable recommendations supported by data.\nPerform validation and quality assurance testing of reports, dashboards, and data sets, including user acceptance testing (UAT) when appropriate.\nCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions using data-driven insights.\nReporting & Business Intelligence Development:\nDesign, build, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models.\nTranslate business needs into effective visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nEnhance and support existing reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs.\nAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for BI tools and visual reporting best practices.\nStay current with new data tools, methodologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance the team’s analytical capabilities.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, process flows, and reporting standards.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Consulting:\nServe as a consultative partner to internal teams, helping them understand and utilize data to drive outcomes.\nBuild strong relationships with business partners to identify opportunities and ensure alignment between analytics and business goals.\nCollaborate with other analytical teams to design comprehensive, integrated solutions that deliver value across the network.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma or GED \nMinimum 2 years previous analytics experience developing business solutions using comprehensive, robust data assets\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\nIntermediate knowledge and practical application of a programming language (Python/R/Etc.)\nIntermediate proficiency with SQL (TSQL/Snowflake/Etc)\nIntermediate proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Etc)\nAdvanced proficiency with MS Excel, and strong working proficiency with the broader MS Office Suite of programs\nFoundational understanding of statistical concepts and how to apply to real world data\nComfortable working autonomously, but willingly seeks guidance\nStrong understanding of data fundamentals and passion for data integrity, testing, and validation.\nProven ability to think creatively to develop a data model or perspective to answer challenging business problems or scenarios\nAbility to approach complex challenges from multiple perspectives and deliver innovative, effective solutions in dynamic environments\nProactive and self-motivated learner with curiosity and drive to independently seek out knowledge, resources, and growth opportunities\nComfortable interacting with and integrating Gen AI into daily workflows.\nLogistics and supply chain experience\nEffective communicator and data/reporting/business liaison through multiple mediums\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nDisclaimer:\nThis job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by employees in this position.
