The role also offers exposure to international commerce, customer financial operations, and process improvement initiatives, creating a valuable development opportunity for students interested in finance operations and accounting.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport daily cash application activities by researching, validating, and applying customer payments accurately and timely\nAssist with collections efforts by monitoring customer accounts, following up on outstanding balances, and helping resolve payment discrepancies\nResearch unapplied cash, short payments, deductions, and account exceptions to ensure accurate account reconciliation\nSupport the monitoring, optimization, and management of AI-enabled collections agents, helping ensure collection activities are executed effectively and customer interactions are appropriately routed\nAnalyze accounts receivable and collections trends to identify opportunities for improved cash flow and process efficiency\nCollaborate with customers, sales teams, and finance partners to resolve billing and payment issues\nParticipate in projects focused on process improvement, automation, and operational excellence within Finance Operations\nRequired Qualifications:\nJunior or Senior standing in an undergraduate program pursuing Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field\nExperience with accounts receivable, collections, cash application, accounting, or financial analysis through coursework, projects, or internships\nInterest in finance operations, order-to-cash processes, accounts receivable, corporate accounting, or financial automation\nDemonstrated leadership through student organizations, work experience, athletics, or community involvement\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze, interpret, and work with financial data\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment\nDriven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow within finance operations\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.\nCompensation Range\n$15 - $30 per hour\nThe base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
