Robinson!\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Global Forwarding Coordinator role is for a conscientious individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. The Global Forwarding Coordinator multi-tasks and prioritizes duties in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service. The Global Forwarding Coordinator supports, collaborates and assists global forwarding personnel with customer shipment details.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:\nUnderstand the processes involved in international shipping from purchase order to delivery of cargo at ultimate destination \nAssist GF personnel and other third parties with inquiries and problem resolution \nGenerate, file, and maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, reports, shipment documentation, etc. \nProvide tracking and tracing services for customer shipments \nProvide support and backup for the delivery and turnovers \nPerform load-audits \nProvide reporting and documentation collection support to global forwarding personnel and ensure customer data integrity \nEnsure adherence to customer SOPs, government agency regulations, and C.H.
