Robinson, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the movement of freight across North America's transportation network while learning how rail, drayage, trucking, pricing, and customer operations work together to keep supply chains moving. In this role, you will work on-site with your peers four days a week, fostering creativity and producing impactful results through face-to-face interactions, with flexibility to work remotely one day a week.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:\nDevelop a foundational understanding of intermodal transportation, supply chain operations, carrier capacity management, pricing, and customer service through structured training and hands-on experience. \nSupport account management and service assurance teams by assisting with transportation execution, recurring operational activities, and customer-focused initiatives.\nBuild relationships with carriers and internal partners while learning how transportation capacity is sourced, managed, and optimized. \nGain exposure to pricing strategies, business development activities, and customer solution discussions to understand how C.H.
