With the flexibility for remote work four days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nEnsure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:Providing timely and professional written and verbal responses to customer requests\nBooking transportation loads in the Transportation Management System\nMonitoring team mailboxes\nResolving simple exceptions to any pre-defined processes\nScheduling delivery appointments with receivers\nMaking any necessary changes as requested by the customer within the Transportation Management System\nManual building and creating new Transportation loads within the Transportation Management System\n\nConduct systems trainings to external parties\nFollow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identified\nRun, format, or distribute any reports to the appropriate internal or external parties\nContribute to projects that utilize the CHR project-based delivery model\nOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma and/or GED\nAbility to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested\nFluent in English and Spanish\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree from accredited college or university\nPrior experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs\nSolid understanding of Information systems\nFriendly and articulate phone demeanor\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nDetail oriented\nAble to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nAbility to problem solve quickly and accurately\nAbility to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks\nAbility to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nProtect Yourself from Fraud: At C.H.
