Robinson is seeking a Logistics Representative to manage customer’s supply chain information and data within C.H. Robinson’s Transportation Management System. Experience the full benefits of teamwork and immediate collaboration in a vibrant and engaging workplace.\nResponsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nEnsure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:Monitoring customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System\nMaintaining any team mailboxes\nPerforming relationship and knowledge-based exception management to any pre-defined processes\n\nDocument and organize existing standard operating processes\nLearn multiple job functions within assigned team\nFacilitate customer calls and updates, identify when an outgoing call is needed to offer proactive answers\nMeet operational metrics\nConduct C.H.Robinson systems trainings to external C.H.Robinson customer representatives\nManage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports\nMake fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing C.H.Robinson by understanding C.H.Robinson’s value proposition\nAct as a resource and support for peers when needed\nUnderstand and utilize C.H.Robinson’s project-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team\nOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma and/or GED\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics\nMinimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems\nAbility to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested\nAbility to travel up to 5% (domestic and/or international)\nSite Specific: Fluent in English and the primary language of the applicable region\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree from accredited college or university\nExcellent customer service skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs\nAbility to present to a variety of audiences\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to think critically, analyze data and solve problems quickly and accurately\nAbility to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment\nAbility to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks\nContinuous improvement mindset\nAbility to adapt to an ambiguous and changing environment\nAbility to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nEqual Opportunity\nC.H.
