Robinson is seeking a Logistics Technical Lead to support the operation and customer/partners with the technology tools used to service accounts, this includes applications, EDI and business intelligence reporting and dashboards. Experience the full benefits of teamwork and immediate collaboration in a vibrant and engaging workplace.\nResponsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nNavisphere/Integration\nCreation/deactivation of users\nReporting setup/maintenance/distribution\nAbility to set up C.H. Robinson internal systems, for example:Nav Online and Nav Carrier\nSmall Parcel Config Tool and Exceptions\nNavisphere Ocean (MRM, etc)\nComplex Load Build Profiles\nSpotbid\nDock & Yard manager\n\nTroubleshoot system, master data, EDI (Doc tracking, EDI Audit Log, etc), and API (SP Config Tool, Kibana, etc)\nTicket submission & follow up (INC’s, eBiz, IDEA, and PRB tickets, etc)\nTesting & training documentation - participation in ‘train the trainer’ sessions for new functionality and customer implementation projects\nAbility to train internal and external users on functionality\nActive involvement in UAT testing\nCreate working instructions for new features/development where required\nAbility to create test scenarios if needed to reproduce an issue\nCreate documentation e.g. working instructions / manuals to distribute to internal/external users and frequently asked questions (FAQs) from Ops to distribute to users\nChange requests and involvement of requirements gathering for new enhancements\nTest new functionality after Tech team validates functionality\nTrain internal/external users of new functionality and/or reporting tools\nCustomer specific items where necessary/agreed\nRating/CPC Cost Quotes\nSupport the Rating team with rate analysis, formatting, templates and upload\nBusiness Intelligence Create standard templates for customer Monthly Operational Review\nCreate standard reports for performance monitoring\nTrain customer users on BI tool\nRequired Qualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in International Business or Logistics\nMinimum 8 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Management control tower operations including at least one - air, ocean, ground, parcel mode experience\nFluent in English (written and verbal)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPreferred:\nStrong affinity with technology solutions and confident in customer facing environments\nUnderstanding of operating processes and capabilities, business process standardization and enabling technologies\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools , Excel, PPT, Word, Visio, Power BI\nFlexible and effective communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately within the organization; this includes written and verbal communications\nAdditional languages a benefit\nAbility to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nEqual Opportunity\nC.H.
