In this highly visible role, you’ll bring structure to complex integrations, aligning teams across the business to turn strategy into action, navigate change, and deliver lasting business value.\nYou’ll serve as a central point of coordination, building and executing integration plans, anticipating challenges, and continuously improving how we work. Along the way, you’ll partner with experts across the business, take on real responsibility, and help shape how we build what’s next at C.H. Robinson.\nAt C.H. For this role, we have a preference for candidates located near our Eden Prairie, MN, or Chicago, IL offices, where there are opportunities for in-person connection and collaboration. However, we’re open to fully remote candidates and will prioritize finding the right person for the role.\nResponsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consistsof, but are not limited to, the following:\nLead multiple, large-scale, and complex integration projects, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and driving execution across cross-functional teams\nOwn critical project documentation, including project charters, plans, process flows and value stream maps, resource requirements, and business cases\nBring together internal and external stakeholders around shared priorities, deliverables, dependencies, and decisions, building trust through clear and consistent communication\nDrive projects forward to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget, taking ownership of outcomes, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating when appropriate\nLead teams through change by influencing without direct authority, welcoming different perspectives, and constructively challenging the status quo to achieve stronger outcomes\nTrack, manage, and communicate project progress and financial performance, including resource requirements, budget-to-actual performance, key milestones, and project outcomes\nApply a continuous improvement and builder mindset to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and strengthen the tools, processes, and ways of working that support successful integrations\nPartner with experts across the business to transfer knowledge, strengthen organizational capabilities, and mentor project team members\nLead Robinson Operating Model (ROM) projects internally to advance our lean operating model\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\nMinimum 5 years of project management experience, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nAbility to work flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProject Management Professional certification\nWork and/or project experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics\nStrong communication skills: strong listener with exceptional facilitation skills and the ability to tell the story and connect to your audience\nAbility to organize, design, develop, and deliver projects for internal and external audiences at all levels\nAbility to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levels\nExperience working and thriving in a continuous improvement environment\nExperience and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and able to deliver with minimal oversight\nExperience working directly with customers\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs\nExperience with lean processes and tools\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.\nCompensation Range\n$77,000.00 - $173,600.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
